Kheer

Sweetened with Canderel

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes
  • Calories Per bowl: 181.5

Method

1. Boil the rice and milk in a deep pan.

2. Simmer over low flame, stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.

3. When done add Canderel and Cardamoms. Stir well.

4. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds and Pista.

5. Serve hot or chilled.

Ingredients

Milk – 1 Kg
Rice – 50 Grams (washed)
Green Cardamom Seed – 10Grams
Pista – 100 Grams
Almond – 100 Grams (Shredded)
Canderel – 80 Grams (41 Table Spoon)
